New Year's Eve always seems to be surrounded by so much emotion and hype. I'm not sure it deserves all the attention it gets! In the most basic form, it's today becoming yesterday and tomorrow becoming today. It happens every day!
But I do understand the excitement of a new year. It brings promise, hope, anticipation, relief, and many other things to different people.
I don't make New Year's resolutions because I think any day is a good day to decide to commit to making a change in your life for the better.
I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year and that wherever you are, you have a designated driver (if necessary) or even better are sleeping over where you're at.
